1. 2. Vibration reduction and blocking measures during the installation of the reducer, the resonance between the body and the foundation support and connecting parts should be avoided as much as possible, and the resonance of one or several gears in certain speed range often occurs in the interior of the brushless DC motor. In addition to the design reasons, the resonance position is not found during the installation, and the corresponding vibration reduction or resistance measures are taken The breaking measures are directly related. For some reducers requiring low transmission noise and vibration, high toughness and high damping foundation materials should be selected to reduce noise and vibration.

 

3. Due to the looseness of some parts (such as bearing preloading mechanism, shafting positioning mechanism, etc.), the system positioning is inaccurate, abnormal position meshing, shafting movement, and vibration and noise are generated during the installation of the energy-saving deceleration motor of DC brushless speed reduction motor. The system should start from the design structure and try to ensure the connection stability of various mechanisms, and adopt a variety of connection methods In this paper.
